I have a question about the guaranteed job offer form.
There is a section that asks how long the position has been vacant and for any proof of recruitment?
I've been working at the company for 18 months in which 11 have been in my actual position (retail assistant front store manager)
When then previous person left, I was promoted to that position so the store did not post a job offer ad.
What is my employer suppoused to put in the recruitment summary then?
This is for the PNP in British Columbia.
