Job not in National Employment Record

I submitted my PR application last week and found out that one job I had is not listed on the national employment record and therefore I have no proof I have done this job and therefore put it as 'Unemployed' in the Personal Activities section (I did not claim points for this job). It was a 2-3 month job.

I have now received a request for an IMM 5669 form and I am filling the personal activities section.

Should I list it as employment and add a Letter of Explanation?

Edit: It appears on income tax website, however i cannot print it
