My wife has a job experience of 4 years in school as an administrator. That falls under noc b. She has done masters in computer engineering but has experience as administrator. Will it create any problem? Please help.
Work experience is not necessarily related to the degree. However, it’s always at officer discretion whether to accept or reject the applicantion if he/she deemed that person may not be able to economically establish herself in Canada

A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration may be required.
Experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is usually required.
Project management certification may be required by some employers.
As she does not meet the employment requirement , will they ask or deny the application that how being a computer engineer you are working on administrative position?
It depends, if she is PA then you need to put the employment details(there is no requirement of education and experience to be from the same field) and if she is not PA then there is no need to put her Experience in EE, you can add that to personal history once you have an ITA.
