job loss and travel outside Canada 50 points

I claimed 50 points for job offer and applied under CEC. Unfortunately I lost job due to covid and had to move out of Canada. My current status is eligiblity cleared, medical/criminal etc all clear and only final decision is awaited which I believe is on hold since my wife/daugther were declared outland/India when applied in June 2020. Do I update CIC that I lost job and work permit expired and 50 points are no longer valid or since everything is passed I can just hold on to get COPR invitation? Other option is to get invitation in new draw
