I have a permanent full time job as an engineer for a fortune 500 company but its not LMIA. I have been working for a year, can I claim points for the Job in canada

So you are working in Canada on an open work permit? If so, you cannot claim 50 points. Being a Fortune 500 company is not relevant. You need a LMIA or LMIA exempt permit (intra company transfer) and closed work permit.
