Hi m going to apply in july this year but i have one question i have worked through employment agency for first three months as probation period and then company hired me in october last year... Do i need a reference letter from that employment agency if yes then do i need to write my duties on that refernce letter from employment agency...

No, You need a letter from Your employer only

Probationary period is still work experience. As long as the company includes that time in the letter as work experience then it's good.

You dont need to mention agency at all. You can but its not important. These are the things that your employer should mention:

- period of employment
- the position you have held
- your main duties
- noc code
- numbers of hours you worked
- your total annual salary with benefits

But i have worked through employment agency for three months as probatipn period so that 3 months also included in my experience.. So what should my employer write for that three months

If you expect to use those first three months, then yes, you need a letter from the agency (your employer). For those three months, your current employer was not your employer, but a client of the employment agency.
