I would suggest you to not to declare the last point ,That "after he become PR, he will get......' Just make it simple that We consider XXX as a valuable asset for our business and looking forward to work for a long period. The reason, I am pointing this out, it will sometime raise queries that employer could have added stuff on letter just to help employees to get PR even if employees don't hold that position. I have seen a few cases, where CIC actually pulled out minor things like that. They think your employer is doing you favor by just providing you a letter and you actually don't perform those duties.

Hahahhaaa,... Yeah... Makes sense...
This letter is for one of my friend and we are working on his file
He has worked with the same company at two locations.. This is the letter for the place he is currently working.. We need exact same letter with slightly different wage rate from store manager of second location. Do you think we can use exact same job duties and same wording ?

well... you are probably aware that NOC 6211, Retail Sales Supervisors, is currently excluded from the CEC program.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

A lot of your duties overlap with those of NOC 6211 -
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=6211
Retail sales supervisors perform some or all of the following duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.

So - I would be concerned that CIC will assess your application as NOC 6211, and refuse it. Capricorn2012 already pointed out that it sounded a bit... exaggerated. VOs are on the look-out for this kind of "fudging."

On the positive side, you do offer additional duties that correspond, but those sound a mite too similar to those of NOC 0621. In any case, you should try to emphasize the ones that correspond to NOC 0621 and de-emphasize those that are closer to NOC 6211.

And good luck - I don't mean to stress you out, but this could be a difficult case.

This is the main issue bcoz there is so much similarity in job duties of 6211 and 0621 that we are so confused which one we shouldn't put at all
M thinking about keeping the ones where authorization and approval is done and training and hiring of staff
Deciding store specials and marking price of return goods
