Hello everyone!
Would like to ask if it is ok for me to file for FSW if my job is not included in the top 38 list of in demand jobs in Canada?
As per checking, my job falls under 2147 category of NOC...
Help me please...=)

Thanks!

You cannot file for FSW Category 1. You should try to get arranged employment or provincial nominee status.

thats right. only the 38 jobs will be considered for skilled worker class, if you dont have arranged employment.

Each province has its own regulations and guidelines to select provincial nominees. For example, Ontario offers PNP only for people who have an approved job offer. British Columbia allows applicants of certain jobs to apply directly without a job offer. So pls do a google and find out the most suitable one for u. Example, you can search "Ontario Provincial Nominee Program" in Google.

Best way to know about provincial nominee programs is to go to each province's website and read their instructions. Each province has its own set of rules.. most of them offer immigration if you have a job offer in that province.
