Job in Quebec inquiry

Hi,

I am a software engineer.

I recently got to know that for foreign workers, they dont require LMIA if there profession is among the list of professional exempted from it. If this is true, then I wanted to know if I apply for any job in Quebec province and get a job offer, then in how much time, I will be able to start working for them.

Please provide detail guidance on this step wise.
