Job in finance field

Hi

I am going on a closed work permit from India to Toronto, Canada for 3 years. My wife is a Chareterd Accountant and working in India.

But due to my shifting from India to Canada she had to quit her job.

She is interested in getting a job in finance field in Toronto.

Please help me with some information with regards to the same.

How difficult or easy it is going to be.
