You need to find an employer who is willing to give you a full time job offer. That employer then needs to obtain an approved LMIA. You can then apply for a work permit.
It's extremely difficult to find employers who are willing to go through the LMIA process and there are no employers on this forum.
If you want to try to find a job, you need to apply through job sites such as indeed and linkedin.
