I was not working for 12 month incontinuous, but separate.Six month in one institution and another 5 m. in another one.I was working voluntary for another +2 months.Do CIC accept the voluntary work?Do they don't allow If you have working separate in last 10 years?

Sorry, Volunteer Work is not counted. It must be a minimum of 12 FULL PAID MONTHS, you have 11. I think if you were working at one place in the same type of job and transferred to another place immediately after they would consider that continuous, but you would have to show that it was.

Do you have any solutions with other visa type for me?If I cannot still apply even for work pemit because of experience requires?Do I?
Do someone know If CIC going to add other occupations (preprimary, teacher) on NOC list in nearly future?

The Nursing NOC is likely to be in the list again come 1 July. How long will it be before you have completed a full year of nursing? There is no way to know what occupations will be included in July, but I would be surprised if teachers were included.

Dear All,

With all due respect to the views of my friends Pippin and PMM, I'm afraid that IRPA doesn't exactly ask for 12 full time paid employment except for the one year for which you claim eligibility. In fact, in R80, the law clearly stipulates that applicants can use fractions of a year. Check below:

be full-time work, which, according to R80(7), is equivalent to at least 37.5 hours of paid work per week. Full-time work experience requirement may be met by the equivalent in part-time paid work experience, e.g. more than one part-time job held simultaneously or one or more part-time jobs held over the equivalent of one year of full-time work. Experience can be calculated by adding up the number of weeks of full-time work, i.e. 37.5 hours per week in one job or a total of at least 37.5 hours per week in more than one job, in one or more of the NOC categories. Periods of work of less than 12 months during the 10 years immediately preceding the date of the application may be added together and divided by 12 to calculate the number of years

However, the work must be paid with at least 37.5 hrs a week.

Cheers

Mezo, I love how graciously you worded your comment. I totally agree with your point. My thought is that the break between periods of work is too great. I think Mezo's reference deals with accumulating the maximum 4 years experience once the MI is met. Kitty is still trying to meet the 1 year minimum MI requirement. See what you think. In OP 6 there is the following:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06-eng.pdf
Note: Applicants must have at least one year of continuous full-time or equivalent paid work experience in at least one of the listed NOCs and not combined partial year experience in multiple NOCs.
Anticipated short breaks between jobs are acceptable. For example, if an applicant is employed in one occupation for a 4 month contract and before the end of that contract, has secured other employment that will begin shortly after the end of first contract, this break in continuity would be acceptable. The occupation must be listed in the MI.

Thanks Pippin, I can not but agree with you. We are all trying to help as possible as we could.

I hope kitty got the feedback in both scenarios.

Cheers my friend,
