Job experience letter missing "Full time"

Hello everyone,

I am preparing my express entry profile, and I have 2 work experience letters for the last 10 years.
Both employers letters indicate the job title, duties, dates, and dated signatures.

I noticed that they are both missing the word "Full time" and the number of hours per week.

It is really hard for me to request new ones as I am in Canada now, and communication through email is not an option to get these documents sent to me. My experience is from Saudi Arabia.

Will it help if I attach a letter of explanation?
Are they going to contact the employer anyway to verify?

Thanks in advance.

The ideal solution would be to get it included in your letter. The alternative is to upload an LOE highlighting this gap, regretting the inability to get this added now at short notice and politely requesting the VO to treat your application as complete and view it favorably. Add any supporting document you can which mentions the working hours possibly payslips, tax assessment forms etc.

All the best!

You have to have the word full time or your number of hours worked (30 hrs or more) on your reference letters otherwise there is a high probability that you would be refused as this is a mandatory requirement. My best advice would be for you to include your payslips or any other correspondence that specifies the number of hours you've worked and then write an explanation letter informing them to please refer to the other docs for the number of hours worked.

My employer wrote that I work 40 hours per week and receive 26 days a year for paid vacation. Is that enough?
