I have a question in relation to the past work experience.
I was working as an onsite employee for a reputed IT firm in their MARKETING department on a contractual basis. I was on the payroll of a different company. I have all the necessary documents including offer letter, relieving letter, most of the payslips on company letter heads.
The job description (JD) related to my NOC 1123 is not on the company letter head, however all my duties and role have been clearly mentioned. Also the job description exemplifies that I am a part of MARKETING function. Now this JD was sent to me by the COMPANY OFFICIAL from his OFFICIAL ID, before I took up the offer and based on it, my subsequent rounds of interviews were processed and I finally got a chance to join them.
Now will this JD along with other documents corroborate the fact that I was a part of the MARKETING team of the company? Will this act as enough evidence to prove my work experience? (of course, I have related letter for the next jobs in place.)
Is there anyone who has faced something like this?
