Job description letter from October available, do I need to issue a new one?

Hi Friends,

When I had applied for FSW in 2014, I had a job responsibilities letter signed by my employer and company director. That was in October 2014. I am still at the same job and same job responsibilities which match the NOC code.

Question: Do I need to get a new certificate again stating the responsibilities? Or can I just get a plain vanilla certificate which says the employment still exists, and just attach the old certificate which shows the responsibilities?

I want to avoid reissuing the certificate - because then I'll again have to convince the director to sign it, and that is quite difficult (though not impossible). Please advise what you think should be the right way.

Just use one, I have one from January 2014.
I cannot get a new one because old boss have no time for that)
However if CIC need to verify information they can call him.

So, you are suggesting to only provide the one from October. And not to create any new letters from HR?

I was thinking I'll also add a basic letter from the HR that I am still working with the firm. Old letter becomes more than 7 months old till the time I submit the application - just worried that they'll think I'm faking future experience.
