Job Description document and Business Cards

Dear members,

My name is Harish and i work with Doha Bank in Qatar.
Both me and my wife are aspiring to immigrate to Canada.

I possess all the necessary documents except the Job Description document from my present employer (which for unavoidable reasons i cannot procure - however i have appointment letter and salary certificate) and i cannot arrange the Business cards of all my previous jobs' HR Managers. I don't even remember few of them.

Are these two documents very vital ?

Please advise

Hi,

Nice to see you are from Qatar as i have spend many years there. Current employer reference letter is vital but if you cant provide it due to some personal reason then you will have to provide an explanation to visa office stating why you cant get those documents, you may right that due to fear of loosing your job you cannot tell your employer about your plans for canada and therefore you are unable to provide the letter and business card but you have provided all other letters which you could do it easily.
