Job description and NOC code

Can some one answer this please

NOC code contains both an operator and a trainee operator position on hrsdc site

Lead statement contains only operators job responsibilities

I worked as a assistant/trainee operator with job reference letter contains responsibilities of a trainee.

How would VOs usually interpret this?

No one knows it for sure how VO will interpret. You have to make sure 75% of the responsibilities in reference letter should meet whats written in lead statement of NOC description. I guess its ok if its mention in your job responsibilities "perform XYZ task under supervision" but that XYZ task should be in the lead statement of NOC description.
