Hello all,

I am requesting to you about the contract /appoint letter. Actually I have job experience letter from my former employer. I don't have any appointment letter. Its already 2 yrs that I left the job. And nowadays I am not in my native country. I am in abroad for my further studies. And I am in the process of sending complete application to the visa office. In this aspect what may be the solutions? Is the job experience letter sufficient?

Please reply me asap.

with regards,

Nishant

You need a reference letter which should include" your responsibilities during that job, your title or titles, the duration of job, was full time or part time, your salary and benifits etc. These are some pricipal things that should to include. It should written on official pad of your company and official stamp and signed by that supervisor, manager or person who is signing included his,her business card.

Read your visa office specific instructions, Under Work experinece section, there should be mention if they need Contract letter too. As general, there are only few Visa offices where its obligated to submit contract letter too, otherwise reference letter following to CIC requirements and instrcution is sufficient.
