PSW is Personal service worker. I asked this question 3 times but nobody responded. Just want to clear doubt if somebody already applied for PR on basis of this job.
Thanks
Check the NOC lists and see if you see "Personal Service Worker" or anything related to that title listed under NOC 0, A or B category.

But one more doubt is that I work overnights and according to my company I do straight 7 nights and then off for next 7 days and so on. I finished almost 70 hours in one week. Is this thing acceptable?? Or I just have to do every week 40 hours?

Sorry, cannot go by title alone. Unfortunately, PSWs also fall under 4412, which is not eligible (Skill level C)

http://noc.esdc.gc.ca/English/noc/ProfileQuickSearch.aspx?val=4&val1=4412&ver=16&val65=personal support worker

You would have to be more specific about your employer (not name, but what kind of organization) and your job duties and responsibilities to be able to give you better advice.

Many occupations have alternative schedules as the norm, this would just have to be explained in a letter of employment. You would need a minimum of 60 hours every 2 weeks to be considered full-time.
