Job change too soon on WP - Any impact?

Hi - I am currently in USA and my company has made ICT WP for me (two months back). I haven't traveled yet but i have a good offer from a startup (because of my niche skils). They are okay for LMIA under GTM catgeory.

My question is if i go for it, would it impact my new WP decision (As i got my ICT WP only 2 months before only). Any other implications, as I am planning to apply for PR once I am in Canad? Also, my spouse has open Workpemit that she received along mine 2 months back. Does i will have to re-apply WP for her, or any changes required?

Please let me know.

I doenst matter
Your current wp is not under Lima it’s a intra company transfer
Your wife will have to reapply under your new wp
The only thing is the Lima based wp may take months
Lima approved alone may take 6 months plus
 
okay. what if I come to Canada on my current WP and change employer after 2 weeks. Is that considered not so good thing in terms of immigration?

You can’t change employers on an ICT as it is employer specific. Your new employer has to have an approved LMIA and then you apply for a new closed work permit.
