Searched the whole forum but couldn't get any suitable answer. My EE profile expired after 1 year and after creating a new account, I am trying to update my Job Bank account with new EE profile number and Job Bank Validation Code, but getting the same error message again and again..
"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later, and if the problem persists, contact the Job Bank Team."
I believe this happened to many of the candidates. Hence can anyone tell me the the remedy of this issue?
