Job Bank & score

How long does it take to get your EE updated once you have registered with Job Bank cos mine still shows pending?
Is 418 a good score (No nominee points). I understand OINP has stopped taking applicants as their quota seems full.

Should we tick for all places in the Job Bank List or stick to the ones we want?

Takes about 24 hours, however, cic website seems to be down a lot lately.
Im not sure about places
