I created my EE profile about six months ago, and submitted my application about four months ago(FSW Outland).
I received a job bank email saying that my Job Bank account is deactivated due to inactivity. I followed the instruction to activate my job bank account.
However, in the job bank account setting page, it says:
“Your Express Entry information must be revalidated. If you have an Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, enter them below”
I entered the EE profile number but the page says that my EE profile number is not valid.
Is it because my EE profile is not in the pool (after ITA) or is there some thing I should be worrying about?
