Job bank question

my NOC is 3111 but job bank matching me with random health care related jobs not related to my NOC and I am not expecting any actual job offer there just want to make sure I did it right? Is this normal as I chose internal medicine residency md degree in medicine dentistry vet and it's the only option I found there?
Am just trying to avoid problems related to EE?

Nothing to worry, may be job bank is sending your matches out of a broader search criteria. Haven't heard anyone receiving a job out of job bank
