I have an express entry profile with CRS score of 346.
Recently, on 4th July, OINP announced that ICT would be priotised and candidates even eligiible for CRS score less than 400.
But on that time, my profile of job bank was deactivated since i had not logged into it for log time. Later i have activated my profile.
So I am bit worried whether my profile will be eligible for getting NOI based on recent news and what is the normal procedure for getting NOI and how things work.
