job bank full profile completion mandatory for OOPNP ?

Is it mandatory to complete fully and submit job bank profile (activate full profile on job bank site)
to be considered for OOPNP? Or is it enough just to link the EE profile with job bank via the code you get in MyCIC?

Also, after completing full job bank profile, should I expect an email confirming update in MyCIC?

Didnt get an email.

It isn't necessary to complete the job bank profile or activate it.

Check your MyCIC profile. If it says Job Bank profile condition is met, your EE profile is active.
