job advertisement for LMO

hello there! I just want to ask about the job bank advertising. does it really take so long before they actually post the advertisement online. ? it was posted (request for advertising)March 28 and until now it says PENDING MONITORING.

how come it's taking so long???

It does seem to take a while between employer submitting position and it being posted. Where else has employer advertised position?

Employer can advertise on kijiji. Just wondering why on job bank its taking so long. Since its the most impt. Advertisement it should be the 1st one to be posted

I believe it is something to do with the job bank processing time.
