I have a Bachelor's degree from JNTUH, Hyderabad and applied for transcripts, CMM, PC through their online portal (https://studentservices.jntuh.ac.in/). It's been over a week now with the status still saying "PRINTING". However, their FAQ page says that the transcripts are supposed to be shipped within 2 business days. Did anyone else over here applied from this website recently? Is there anything I should do to expedite this process? Unfortunately, their customer service is pathetic at best and phone number doesn't work even during their working hours.
