Hi. I have my old jntu transcripts with envelope. Can I directly send them to WES.

Yes, Indian transcripts can be sent by individuals. I have sent OU transcripts that i had received from my college added the reference number and sent it.

Please let me know where or how do you add reference number after you received your transcripts?
