JNTU Hyderabad- PhD transcripts to WES

Hi,

I'm looking for instructions to get PhD transcripts from JNTU to WES. Did anyone applied for PhD transcripts from JNTU Hyderabad?. Can you please share the details and process?.

Student service portal mentioned that it allows BTECH, and MTECH applications only. Any suggestions for PhD transcripts?
