Jewelry declaration

Hi,
I have landed in Jun-2023 and now I am migrating in 2 months, I have submitted the declaration form BSF186 in 2023 for jewelry and other items to the customs and got it stamped.
Can I still use the form after around 2 years, or does it have any expiry?

You will need to prepare a new one especially if you had additional items during the 2 years.
