I am waiting for ITA. In the meantime, I am thinking to complete my Japan PCC as it generally takes 2 months.
Now my question to you.
Can I start Japan PCC before my ITA? If yes, then will it be valid when I submit al the document?
Someone if went through the same situation, then please let me know.

Hi,

Try to apply now, I just applied my Japan PCC after getting the request from IRCC. Surprisingly, when I went to Japanese Embassy, they did not even asked for the request from IRCC and processed my application and have to wait 2-3 months after application.
I have to asked for extension from IRCC.
