Hello guys, it's been 6 months since I applied for a study visa (SDS), till now haven't received it. Almost done with my 1st semester online from India. My 2nd semester starts in May and has a mix of both online and in-person studies. I'm also way past my refund deadline for the tuition fee, so if I don't receive my visa, I'm probably not going to get any refund for the semester.
ANYBODY IN THE SIMILAR BOAT, PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES AND SOLUTIONS, I WOULD VERY MUCH APPRECIATE THAT.
My timeline:
October 14th, 2020- Submitted my application.
December 3rd, 2020 - Biometric completed
January 8th, 2021 - Additional document request
January 13th, 2021 - Medical passed
February 9th, 2021 - Correspondence letter received
One last thing, how do you contact IRCC FROM INDIA? I have sent tons of emails to delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca, tweeted multiple times, raised a couple of web forms, what more can be done?
