Hi guys,
Just a little update, a few minutes ago I just spoke to someone from my MP's office and asked for more details about her conversation yesterday with someone from CPC-M (the actual Mississauga office, NOT the 1-888-242-2100 Montréal call centre).
Basically, the CIC rep looked for my package tracking number in their database, and she found my tracking number! Which means that my package IS at CPC-M, but for some odd reason the warehouse staff might've forgotten to bring my parcel to the appropriate processing agent...*sigh* annoying I know, but that's a relief!
And they're trying to find out why my application wasn't logged and entered into the system...
Hoping to hear from them soon...
