January 2012 Applicant, Decision Made on online status check, am i rejected

im january 2012 applicant

i checked my status online today and it says
"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

am i rejected, is it so fast these days

what is PER, i applied through lawyer, he gave me this file number to check status online, 2 weeks ago he gave me this application number

i checked online today and it says decision made

PER means positive eligibility review...after u applied CIC usually send an email based on which we determined that our application is approved or rejected..file number and UCI number comes with email...so ask ur lawyer that wat was written in that email from where he got file number,....

Lawyer really should have sent u a copy of any correspondence he/she has received after all you are paying them

sorry brother...wrong info...cz File number does not mean that u got PER...again u have to refer to the email which was sent by CIC...
