jan2018 refused. applying again for may intake 2018 ..please help

hello everyone.
i applied for my study permit last month and got a refusal.
I applied for post graduate diploma in business management. Early in this year only i got a refusal for visitor visa also.My travel history is very good .Ive travelled to europe,england , indonesia and some arab countries.
My profile.
10th-7.8 cgpa
10+2 -69.8% (95/100 in english,62/100 in business studies,53/100 in accountancy,57/80 in economics, 80/100 in physical education)
bba(bachelors in business administration)-57% with 4 backlogs.
Ielts overall 7.0
listening 8.5,reading 7.5,writing 6.0,speaking 6.5
i applied for caips for the refusal today . most probably i will apply again in jan for may intake for global business management course in centennial college , ontario.
i want to get suggestions for sop and letter of explanation. reason of refusal was purpose of visit and other reason which they give to everyone else.
what should i do to make my file more strong ? should i opt for some other course ? what is the chance of getting approval this time?
any suggestions?

Bro for safe side also have offer letter for septmbr too as i also got refusal for sept . Thought will apply again in january intake but havent recieved caips till now .its almost 1 month and 20 days now

YOUR COURSE SELECTION IS VERY GUD . I THINK PROB IS WITH 4 BACKLOGS . TRY TO MAKE STRONG SOP

can anybody please help? should i go for marketing management course this time ?
i am planning to reapply in jan and also I'm changing the province . will there be any negative effects? instead of may i am applying for sept 2018 intake at the end of January 2018
i already have applied for offer letter of 2 colleges in ontario
