I have got my offer letter for jan intake and i have reserve my seat too but i am having 5.5 in one module will i be able to get my visa because of the new rule. But i got my offer before the rule was pass can u please help me

I also got my offer letter from the college for Jan intake 2019 but scored 5.5 in reading n overall score of 6.5. can i apply for visa or will there be issues in getting visa. please help

From what i know and had experience of visa refusal due to 5.5 in one module, i am assuming that the course you’re taking is a post graduate or advanced diploma which requires 6.5 no less than 6. Even if college give you an offer letter, there are chances that visa officer may refuse your application in light of inadequate language proficiency. Just my opinion though.
