Hello,
I'm a permanent, full-time employee in the government of Canada for less than one year. I've got a 2-year post-graduate diploma in Vancouver. I know that the eligibility and conditions are going to change in 2013 but I just actually wonder if I could apply for permanent resident through the Federal Skilled Worker stream with the current conditions. When I did the Self-assessment test, I got a total of 79 points which is upper than 67, the current pass mark. Could it be possible even if my work experience in less than one year?
Thank you.
