Anyways, First I wanted to thank everyone who helped me during my immigration process, It's been 3 months in Canada. As you can see from my timeline AND I'M LOVING CANADA. People are so friendly and helpful,Chicks are cute,Weather is so awesome even during winters, Clean environment. Total *censored word*in' A.

Right now,I'm currently at fanshawe college, studyin' marketing but I choose ISM in India. I changed my course because I always wanted to learn about marketing,passionate about it. Damn Enough about me? Oh and yeah, I'm working in London as a part-time too. Say what? I got the job like 2 and half months ago after reaching Canada. I know people say London is so small how can you get the job? But to be honest, Nothing is impossible guys. Moreover, I went to so many interviews, and at the end I got the job, more to add, I got two part-time jobs at the end. But of-course you can do only one on SIN#. But Before getting my legal job. I worked in farm,sold flowers outside the liquor store, door to door flowers sales-man,factory work. Cash jobs only. It was *censored word*in' hard as *censored word* guys. So Be ready for these jobs if you don't wanna do, It's totally your wish. But Never lose hope. Keep believing in yourself peeps.

So if you have questions regarding immigration, Canada, Fanshawe college, London, Medical or other queries. Even if they are silly questions, LOL Heck, I used to ask so many silly questions on this forum and I'm gonna ask more. LOL

Please tell me one thing Bro can I apply online before or on 10th dec under general.....??
And my application is rejected once before, I applied on 25th Nov and got rejection on 3rd dec.
Reasons= your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications. previous studies , employment , level of establishments , language abilities , or your future prospects and plans.

Here's my Profile-
-:10th - 70%
-:12th - 68% (Science Stream - PCM)
-:IELTS - Overall-6.5 (S-6.5, L-7, R-6, W-6)
-aid the 1st year Tution fees
-:GIC Account Certificate
-:Also Added a Good SOP in my file (my History, Why I opted for this Course, Future plans etc.)
-:Got admission in Niagara College in Computer Programmer (Diploma-2 yr)

Please Bro tell me one thing more that what extra documents I have to add this time in General....??
Last Application I Submitted these documents in my File.
-All documents( Marksheets and other stuff)
-offer letter
-1 yr Tution Fees Receipt
-GIC Certificate
-SOP
So, what new documents I have to add to make my profile more stronge this time...!!

No Bro I don't Have Computer as an subject in 10th or in 12th.
But, to be honest I added 1 yr diploma of computer application in my file and SOP, because I have gap of 1 year thats why I added it and that diploma is legal not fake.

that's awesome. I think you might have the chance with that diploma. My friend had the same case, Rejected in SPP, but he got visa in general. He attached computer diploma too. No high school computer elective. But he asked the help from lawyer, and he told me his lawyer made excellent SPP and he got the visa in like 5 days. So one think you can do is make excellent SPP and moreover, talk to one of the good lawyer. Just get his advice. Don't go to any consultant,because According to me you gave the justification why you're choosing the course and one more thing, the computer diploma you did and the course one you're taking are those relevant?

But, one question that arises in my mind is that might be my application is rejected because I added this diploma of 1 yr and I'm going canada to do 2 year Diploma. So mostly I have listened that Your application will be rejected due to this diploma as you have done and again pursuing for diploma. So, what you think on this...??

And Yes these two courses are relevant to each other. Computer Application(1 yr) done and going to do Computer Programmer(2 yr) both diploma.
-For instance Computer Application course focus on applications, such as games, video editors, word processors and databases etc. While in Computer Programming I’ll learn to write the instructions or code that computer follows and to update or expand existing code and debug programs to find and fix errors in applications.
This is One point which I added in my SOP for their Relevancy. Give suggestion on this.

Earlier I filed my Visa with help of consultancy and I think that they havn't cleared me well enough about the Visa Situation. Thus, I'm not gonna do this mistake again. And in your comment I did get this lawyer thing. How can a lawyer help in Visa file...?? Please tell me If you know one.

Yes it is. Now tell me one thing that can I apply online for Visa under General as earlier I have applied paper based at VFS delhi under SPP.
And can I apply online on 9th or on 10th dec....??

As about getting in Bachelors, I'm giving a try to this one first and even if this time things goes wrong. Then I'll opt for a Degree or 3yr Advance Diploma Program for May Intake.
If I go for may Intake, then I have to apply under General or SPP....?? As my application is once rejected under SPP.
Some are saying If you r rejected once at SPP you have to give a year gap to again apply under SPP & Some says That If SPP is rejected you have to apply under general for that Intake nad You can Apply SPP for next Intake.
So what you say about this....??

Hi I have received the acceptance letter from Selkirk college for post graduate diploma in business Administration.Kindly Assess my profile and let me know about the Visa chances based on your experience.

10th Grade:81%
12th grade:70.2%
B.Tech Mechanical-6.97 CG PA
IELTS: 7 Overall(none less than 6.5)
Work Experience-16 months as an Software Engineer in an MNC.
3 months and continuing-Business Development Manager in an Startup.

I know my previous education is different so please guide me how should I prepare for the VISA interview, also as i am planning for Educational loan,which banks provide that please let me know.
Also under SPP what all documents will be needed for a 2 year course apart from gic and the tuition..?

Yeah,you can apply

SPP is a one time deal, if you're rejected once you can't apply again into SPP. Now your only chance is to apply in General. The difference is nothing but in General it takes more time and more documents are attached. You should follow the General check list.

Cash jobs really depends on job to job. Yeah they're safe, Canada is a big country and Immigrants are everywhere. Immigration officers don't go door-door and ask for the passport status.

They only check your status when SOMEONE reports about you or someone is threatened by you. So keep your status private.
Other than that, it's totally safe.
Yeah you can do more than one job on Sin#, but you should not exceed more than 20-24 hours per week.

Usually you earn 8$ on cash jobs, some are even low than 8$ and 11$ is minimum wage in ontario on Sin#, i don't know about other provinces.

Can you tell me what documents are required at point of entry when you enter canada? what documents immigration officer need to see like letter of introduction, passport, offer letter, proof of funds or anything else as well?
