Well Tom..it is good to have as many similar job duties in the NOC..else it can be a problem..I am not sure what is the cut off when they decide what is sufficient and what is not..but it will help I guess to have approximately 60% of the duties mentioned..and off course...do not mention the job description/duties verbatim...the application will be rejected most probably as I have known in the past for a few people...but as long as you have a good majority for the NOC duties,...ur good to go.

Your job duties should map to NOC code. Not a word by word copy but should have same meaning.

Do not copy word to word. Change the wordings and order in which they are mentioned.

You should have performed most of the duties. All duties are not required.
