Because that's not what job offers look like in Canada and employers don't pay for food and accommodations. Employers also do not pay for airfare. These are very common signs of a scam.

It's VERY obviously a scam. There's no job. If you give them money - you'll never see your money again.

Do NOT send any documents to these guys i.e. copies of your passport, identification, degrees, etc. It can be misused
