My husband is Permanent resident in Canada and we married couple of month ago.
I am now filling the IMM5406 and not clear with Section A.
1. I put my name at 1st blank as 'Applicant'. The 2nd blank that say on relationship row 'Spouse or common-law Partner'. Should I put my husband name in there? Even though he's sponsoring me?
2. Even though my parents are not coming to Canada with me, Should I fill out the 'Mother' and 'Father' section on section A?
3. As I mentioned my husband is already permanent resident in Canada since 2003. Should he needs to fill this form as well in separately?
