It's chaos everywhere to fill up WES forms

I am currently in Malaysia and went to print out my WES documents outside my uni and saw 3 other people printing the same forms. Then my wife called from my country saying that everybody at her uni are also asking for transcripts for WES. It's really chaotic. I think the chances of being in the lucky 300 people in each category is even lower than USA Green Card Lottery.

yes, my wife said the staff already knew the WES form and signed it without looking at it like a machine.

300 is a joke. before i even tough the wes report quota will be filled.
