Itinerary for trv

can anyone tell me what should i do for itinerary. online TRV application is asking to upload itinerary. I havent purched the ticket as I need to make sure i get the visa first. Also for Authorization for Family member IMM 5713 firm. Does it just require 1 form for family. I mean one for husband and wife together.

Can you please let me know. I'll very much appreciate it.

You don't need to pay for an itinerary. Just scan or save the file in the computer for upload.

What I did -

Itenery - prepare a word document with expected dates of flight and expected hotels of stay and expected amount of money you will spend for everything.

Family form - I guess it should be your immediate family .. means wife and children if married.. parents and siblings if not.. or just put both in the same sheet..

Thanks a lot! Regarding Authorization for Family member IMM 5713 form. Do I just submit one form for husband and wife or there has to be 2 seperate forms. I am filling application for my mom and dad. Please let me know if you have any idea
