Hi, I received an invite to apply for OOPNP last month. I have been compiling the documents for submission before end July when I received the EE ITA today morning. Is there any need to submit the PNP application if I have the ITA already.

I just want to be sure I am not missing anything by not submitting the PNP application to Ontario.

No reasons at all. The only real reason to pay 1500 CAD for PNP was to get 600 points and thereby an ITA. You've already got it.

I have few question post ITA.

1) First question is regarding Passport document: Do we have to scan all pages including blank pages in that document? As per CIC they have stated that:

You must provide a clear, legible copy of your valid passport.
Include a copy of the page that shows your birth date, country of origin, etc. any pages with stamps, visas or markings. If you are a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, a citizen of Denmark living in Greenland, or a citizen of France living in St. Pierre and Miquelon, you are not required to present a passport. You may present an identity document. Your identity document must show proof of status or citizenship as well as photo identification. Your identity document must include your name, photo, date of birth, document number, and the issue and expiry dates. This document must be issued by your country of citizenship or permanent residence. You must ensure that the identity document you present provides proof of status or citizenship and photo identification. If not, you must scan all necessary identity documents and save them under one identity document file.


2) Where do I put my Visa records for Canada? Work permit and study permit and all document. Means in which section?

As per my checklist I require to submit following documents:

Employment records
Passport or travel document
Digital Photo
Bank statement for proof of means of finance
medical record
Educational diplomas and degrees
Police certificate


3) Also where to upload IELTS test records means in which section from above? (Under Education section ?)

4) And where can I put my CRA assessment NOA and T4 should I put it under Employment records?

5) Also I have ECA report for my Bachelor of Engineering and I have 1 year Post graduate Certificate from Canada. So what document should I put under Education diplomas and degrees?

6) Should I put ECA report, transcript and degree for Bachelor or just ECA report???
And should I put degree certificate and transcript for Canadian Post Graduate ????
Do I require to attest and of these Educational documents or just Scan copy is good enough????

7) Also for Employment records: I am thinking to put my offer letter, employer reference or experience letter, pay stubs, T4, NOA, Work permit.... So is this enough to support my experience????


Please advice also input from any other is also welcome....
I just want to complete all procedure without any error so having lots of questions...

Hi.
I have some question.

1.
After I receieved the ITA, I was referred to a page where I had to again enter all my information, etc.
Is it usual? Does everyone have it?

2.
I noticed that some of the information that I had entered before was still there. But I had to modify some of them. Is it ok? I did not make any changes to the parts that I had received points for.
But for example, my husband's IELTS score and report was not there anymore. so I entered them again.
I also added another job to the list.

3.
I am a teaching assistant and I did not recieve any points in the express entry system for my teaching assistancy, as I am working and studying at the university. But, my contract ended at the end of June, and I forgot to change it in the system. Now, they still want me to submit all the documents regarding my TA and RAs including this one. Do you think that it would be a problem? what should I do? Do I have to explain it in the system?

4.
I noticed that when I started filling out the PR application, the contact information part in my previous application (the one that I submitted to enter the pool) has changed to "not started". it was Transmitted before. Is it usual?

5.
In the documents' section, they have asked me to submit my medical results! Should we do that now? before we even submit the PR application?

Pleaaaaaaase somebody answer me. I am so helpless.

Yes.

2.

Make sure you don't change anything that counts towards program eligibility and/or CRS points.

If you got not points for it, you can edit that now and this requirement will disappear.

Not sure what you mean by this. Your original application is 'frozen' now. You will work on the 2nd one which opened up after ITA.

Please under Travel history - What date should be entered as the date of arrival into the host country....Example

I leave my country 1st April with a stamp of departure on my passport and I got to host country on the 2nd April with a stamp on my passport as seen on arrival.

Which date will I fill in as arrival into that host country as I both have stamps for departing my own country and entering the host country the nxt day....#Confused

If you're eligible only for CEC, you can change it to 0. If you received your ITA under FSW, you can still change it to 0 but you'll have to provide bank certificate showing monies available along with a very nicely drafted LOE with concrete supporting evidence of work authorization status, job offer with salary details, pay stubs, T4s, NOAs, bank statement with salary credits etc to conclusively prove that you have enough money to support yourself and your family in Canada.

I think it might be some computer glitch as my information also changed alot. For example i had added ielts but its showing as exam not taken and also my work history is also missing some sections.

I am in process of getting my documents ready. I have questions about Police clearance certificate from Indian Consulate in San Francisco

1. In the form, there is a line: Police Clearance certificate for ________________(Country) -> Which country shall I fill here ? India or Canada ?See attached pic for reference

2. What is the photo size which needs to be attached to the application form to be sent to Indian Consulate in San Francisco ? See attached pic for reference. The measurement of that box is 35 mm by 35 mm

3. How long is the process ? I will be sending it ASAP

4. I have already sent my FBI Background check in June. Is there a way to check the progress on that ? It takes 3 months which will just be a cut off date for submission of final docs.

5. For medical check, where do I get form : Medical Report form (IMM 1017E) ? Will the approved physician provide it ? Link on CIC website mentions that i need to take it by myself.

Help would be really appreciated.
