ITA with less then one year experiece on PGWP

i started working on 24 march 2016 while waiting for pgwp and pgwp was issued on 16 april 2016.i completed my 1 year experience on 24 march 2017 however my one year experiene for cec completed on 16 april 2017.

I went to india for 4 weeks in december on paid vacation.is this counted as work experinces.I got ITA on 4 may 2017.If i dont count my vacation outside canada fr cec i dont get 1 year experince on pgwp when i got ita.

Should i decline the ita and go back in pool or just explain on LOE?

any suggestion. can VO reject the PR on bases that i didnt had 1 year experince when i got ITA. although i am planing to submit E-APR after 16 may 2017

This should not be an issue as long as you were on company's payroll in December , that is , you didn't resign and joined back again. Moreover, your company will state your work experience commencing from 24 Mar 2016 till date. LOE is not reqd as long as you can give the experience letter from the company.
