Hi All,

Received ITA unexpectedly in March with 439 score. Because of work and travel, wasn't able to get all docs in place.

Now 16 days are left with following docs still pending:
1. Work Ex letter from HR - working with this company for 7 years, and HR has declined to provide letter. Looking around for someone else in company to help on this, but we've strict rules on disclosure of salary etc, so not sure if a colleague can help me.

2. I recently traveled back from UK to India - Have residents PCC from UK and non-resident PCC from India. CIC site says that these should be valid if I have recently travelled - does anyone have experience of travelling while applying?

Final question - Do I decline this ITA and re enter the pool?
Or should I create a new profile?
Will my old profile have any effect on new profile?
I will lose some points because of getting older by a year...

Please advise.

1. If your colleague can vouch you for your responsibilities in a plain paper that is notarized + id card or plain paper + business card, that should be sufficient I believe. You can provide pay slips, annual salary revision letters, tax statements etc. to prove that you were paid. No need to include salary in the letter if you or your colleagues aren't comfortable doing so.

2. If you apply PR from UK, the PCC provided by UK must be within last 6 years, and Indian PCC should have been issued after you left India. Vice versa if you apply from India.. by applying I mean whatever you choose as country of residence in your profile/address history.

If you don't feel confident about your documents, you can decline and re enter. But CRS is unpredictable, so no comments on that. It's your call and judgement.
