ITA Through EE or am I eligible for PNP?

CRS 382, Any chance of getting ITA through EE or any change in policies and requirements in PNP eligibility (minimum CRS as 400)? Or
Is improving the CRS the only option? Can someone help?

Unfortunately, improving the CRS seems to be the only option for you. 382 is a bit too low.
