I received ITA, but the letter says FSW. I applied under CEC.
Any thoughts ?

Under Express Entry, you don't choose which program to apply under. Your answers on your profile tell CIC which programs you are eligible for, and CIC decides which invitation to send if you are eligible for more than one. Frankly, everyone (including me) who qualifies for both CEC and FSW gets an invitation to FSW.
