Hi all,

I'm in a weird situation. I have been working with a company from Oct 27 2014 till June 12 2015 and have started working with them again from Aug 17 2015 till date. Adding up these days is falling 4 days short of needed days. I'm pretty sure there is no option for entry of date which automatically allots points once we start the month, I guess I shouldn't accept this ITA and have to wait till end of this week to finish my 2 years. I just want you guys to see if I am wrong in any possible way. I have a PNP but that is outside of EE which doesn't add any points :(. Please help me out.

Accept it and delay submission until early next year, that buys you enough time to get those 2 years.

Don't give false information.

I recommend you to consult a lawyer. To my knowledge, the requirements and score calculation need to be valid at the time you submit your profile or latest the time you get ITA.

Is there someone who had similar situation?????? Please reach out..
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp

Under section A11.2, an officer may not issue a visa to an applicant who did not or does not meet the Express Entry minimum entry criteria (MEC) or did not or does not possess the qualifications for which they received their CRS score at the time when

the Invitation to Apply (ITA) was issued; or
the e-APR was received by IRCC.

How much time does CIC give a candidate to accept or decline after they issue the ITA?

Thanks
After Nov 19th you have 90 days to submit your eAPR.

Thanks so much DelPiro07. I'll submit my application only after next week which will be enough time to get the time needed. Thank you so much again >

someone help me out here, but I don't really understand this question coming up again and again. It's a system build by CIC which allocates us experience points. if it gives you point for 2 years than there is nothing wrong.

Besides EE profile only takes month and year for work experience not the dates, so it's calculating experience against month to month and not exactly totaling days to check if it's 365 days or not. forget the days it doesn't even know what week of the month I started working to calculate if it's 52 weeks or not. It can only check months.

I guess once we submit the docs that's when the calculation might be to verify the points obtained. Senior members clarify if I'm wrong.

Hey guys one more question:
Has xxx applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
Yes.( I did for my PNP application )
Has xxx applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before?
Yes. ( Pr application thru PNP)
Please provide the Permanent Residence (PR) file number[/b]

I don't have a file number yet as I have submitted my application only a couple of months ago and have not received AOR.
What do I answer for the last section?

I am in a similar situation. My score should be 476, but EE profile shows 489, but I won't be technically completing 2years until mid January.
Luckily, this draw's cut-off is still lower than my actual score. So, I can confidently apply.
I was searching on some threads and the answers are really not clear-cut. I did see a few posts where candidates said they got rejected.
I would email / call cic to confirm if I were you.
